Dinesh was involved working as General Superintendent for Skygrid Construction for 5 different projects in planning stage and 2 of them were for Lifetime Developments.

The Bisha Hotel is 41 storied 390000 Sqft residential and boutique hotel project. The historic façade of the original residential building was moved from its original location to street to facilitate the construction of 6 level U/G parking. The downtown Toronto location of project was very busy and inaccessible directly from street, a steel platform was built to excavate and for construction logistic purpose instead of using conventional ramps for excavation.
