We analyzed the company policies to develop new operational procedures to increase efficiency. In this project we Implemented lean construction techniques which shows our guts to take risks to add new techniques. We reduce the cost after applying advanced engineering design and analysis techniques to expedite construction. We manage all planning with feedback and create the best budget, schedule, staffing and construction plan for the project. We made this project with Economized and increased efficiency of structure with planning, sub-contractor selection and construction management.
