60 Storied project for Royal 7
This project was done by Turner International and I worked as Team Leader, working for them. Punagri Group was not founded at that time.
The project building steps 3 times outwards overhanging 3 meters from its original footprint. by the time it reaches to 60th storey. It has 4 levels of underground parking garage with a strata park at the base of building. 500+ condo units and 3 levels of commercial area in the podium. The project has been enveloped with precast panels with brick veneer and pre-installed windows and saved more than 8 weeks of construction time.
