These towers are designed by Hariri Pontarini architects, 30 storied and 35 storied, 2 buildings with 2.5 level U/G parking levels. The original design of 3 level of parking was reduced to 2.5 level and saved ½ level in approximately 1 acre less construction area than original design and saved construction cost + time. While working for TMG, Dinesh contributed many cost effective, innovative ideas to resolve constructability aspect and cost saving for such a complicated architectural design where floor plate was changing multiple levels to allow for integration of all vertical and diagonal metal bands, railing system and window cladding.
